The diaphragm seal system consists of a 3051 pressure transmitter, diaphragm seal, filling liquid, and either direct mount or capillary connection structures. During operation, the elastic diaphragm and filling liquid completely isolate the pressure-sensitive element of the transmitter from the process medium. Since the silicone oil does not flow, its heat transfer is slower, and the remote metal capillary serves to transfer and dissipate heat, also preventing the corrosive measured medium from directly contacting the measuring diaphragm.
