The intrinsically safe intelligent valve positioner YT-3300 (YT-3350) series products control the valve opening by receiving a 4~20mA current signal sent by the controller or control system. It has a built-in microprocessor that can precisely control the valve position and perform powerful functions such as automatic setting, PID control, and HART communication.
● The structure of the nozzle baffle torque motor enhances its resistance to dust, moisture, and oil contamination.
● The product is equipped with a liquid crystal display (LCD) on the outside, allowing for direct confirmation of the positioner's status on-site.
● Various information about the valve and positioner can be obtained through HART communication.
● A valve position output module can be added to feedback the valve opening.
● Linear, quick opening, and equal percentage flow characteristics can be set arbitrarily.
● The PID parameters can be easily adjusted using the buttons on the product, and 16 points can be set to achieve special flow curves.
● It has excellent protection features (IP66).
