1. Disassembly of the Rosemount 3051 pressure transmitter
Preparation tools: two adjustable wrenches, one explosion-proof cross screwdriver, white tape, insulating tape, HART handheld device.
1. Close the valve at the base of the pressure transmitter and the inlet valve, open the vent valve, and after confirming that the combustible gas has been completely vented with the detection instrument XP3140, close the vent valve.
2. Confirm that the power supply of the pressure transmitter in the cabinet has been unloaded.
3. Use a star screwdriver to remove the cover plate of the pressure transmitter, disconnect the signal line, and protect the signal line and its cable label with insulating tape.
4. Use an adjustable wrench to unscrew the pressure transmitter's pressure connection joint and properly protect the head of the pressure connection pipe with insulating tape.
5. Remove the fixed screws of the transmitter and take the transmitter down from the bracket.
6. Clean the surface dust of the transmitter and use white tape to make a device label and stick it to the surface of the transmitter.
7. Send the transmitter to the calibration site and leave it for more than 2 hours for calibration.
2. Installation of the Rosemount 3051 pressure transmitter:
Preparation tools: two adjustable wrenches, one explosion-proof cross screwdriver, leak detection fluid.
1. Confirm that the power supply of the pressure transmitter in the cabinet has been unloaded.
2. Confirm that there are no foreign objects in the pressure connection joint and the head of the pressure connection pipe.
3. Install the transmitter on the bracket and tighten the fixed screws with a screwdriver.
4. Use an adjustable wrench to connect and secure the pressure transmitter's pressure connection joint.
5. Use an explosion-proof cross screwdriver to remove the cover plate of the pressure transmitter and correctly connect the signal line according to the terminal wiring diagram.
6. Connect the power supply to the transmitter.
