You can press and hold Z after a few seconds, which can quickly set the current pressure to zero (output 4mA). Secondly, use the Rosemount 475 handheld device to clear (i.e., reset the current pressure to zero).
Method 2: Use the 475 handheld device to change the measurement range. Please use the Rosemount handheld device (basic model: 475HP1ENA9GMT) to change OK, and then press the quick button S to output the current measured 20mA pressure.
Method 3: The main reason for the inaccuracy of the Rosemount head display is that the main control display is different from the field head pressure. 1. You can set the scale of the instrument and the main control settings. After clearing with the 475 handheld device, it will be fine. (It is not encouraged to do this frequently, as it may affect the linearity of the instrument.) 2. Achieve consistency with the main control by changing the instrument's range, which involves migrating the entire range.
Method 4: Calibration of the Rosemount differential pressure transmitter: First, adjust the wet to zero, then adjust the zero point, and fill the range with pressure to make the output 20mA. After regularly adjusting the zero point and full range, check the intermediate scales to see if they exceed the tolerance range. If necessary, fine-tune them. Then adjust the migration, linearity, and damping.
