2. Circuit faults, which are the most common type of fault. When a Rosemount transmitter shows abnormal readings, the first step is to check for circuit faults. You can check for faults by measuring the power supply and other methods to ensure the normal operation of the product.
3. Pulse tube faults are common. The main reason for the failure of the pressure guiding tube in Rosemount transmitters is the accumulation of liquid inside the tube or blockage of the guiding tube. The accumulation of liquid in the pulse tube may be due to incorrect installation or pressure collection of the pulse tube, which can significantly reduce the measurement accuracy of the transmitter. To prevent such damage, it is necessary to install the guiding tube correctly and maintain a continuous downward slope of no less than 1:12 with respect to the horizontal plane. The main reason for blockage in the guiding tube is that over time, some substances may remain inside the tube that have not been discharged in a timely manner, causing impurities in the measuring medium, which prevents the Rosemount transmitter from measuring accurately, resulting in abnormal output display.
